In this video we compare the cook time and results between a Lodge no 8 cast iron skillet and the UPAN.
We remove sausage for the Lodge pan at the same time the UPAN has finished cooking and also continue cooking the sausage till they are fully cooked.

The result is a sear surface keeping all the juices in the meat balls, great if you wish to add then to a sauce and serve with pasta.
